Shop decided since his buddy brought my truck in they could charge what they wanted. They turned up my truck without my permission. They gave me 3 different prices for the same work. Guess that's how back country Missouri works. Wouldn't use this place as my last option. Not mad that I got overcharged I'm mad they changed the parameters on my truck without permission. I see the owner replied. He says my claim is bogus yet I have a 2300 dollar invoice that was originally told that wouldbe about 1100.

Fantastic service! Took my truck in for an alignment and torsion key adjustment that another unnamed shop couldn't get 100%. Roark Diesel Performance had me driving away with a perfectly level truck AND a straight steering wheel.Even took time to notify me of an existing coolant leak and notify me of the possible trouble area.They've earned all my future business.
