Had an emergency of sorts with the thermostat traveling through and happened to be by Mike's Auto Care. Mike himself came out and checked into my truck's computer issue. He was able to reset things with his scanner and gave me piece of mind that I could finish the next 300 miles of our trip without an issue. We made it home in fine shape!! Thank you Mike for taking time out of your day to help a traveler in need!!

I highly recommend Mike's Auto Care in Cassville Missouri to anyone that is looking for a caring, honest, high quality business to take care of your automotive needs in South West Missouri!!! We recently spent our summer vacation enjoying the beauty of Table Rock Lake and the surrounding area. On Monday morning we loaded up and started our 7 hour trip home. Not even 15 minutes on the road through the hills heading North something wasn't right with either our Tahoe or the boat trailer. I quickly realized that it was our front right brake of the Tahoe locking up and it would not release. We started calling the nearest auto repair shops and after a couple of different attempts to get in somewhere with no luck, we called Mike's. We told Mike our situation and where we were currently located. He said to bring it in and they would see what they could do to get us taken care of right away. When we pulled up the shop was busy taking care of other customers, but they already had a bay opened up and ready for us. Mike had me drop the boat trailer off out back and bring the Tahoe back around right into the bay. Mike and his technicians kindly welcomed our whole family, including our Golden Retriever, into their waiting room and got to work diagnosing the problem and ordering the needed parts. Within just a couple of hours we had a new rotor, caliper, break pads, and break line at a very fair price. In a situation like that, so far from home in an unfamiliar place, it was a huge relief to have someone like Mike and his crew take us in, make us feel welcomed and reassured that they would quickly and safely get us back on our way. Mike, I owe you sir! You and your crew are much appreciated and I wish you all the best in life and business. Keep doing what you do. The world needs you guys. God bless, my friend!

Great experience. My car wouldn’t start, so I thought it was a bad battery. After putting a new battery in, still no results. I had my SUV towed to Mike’s. After sone diagnostic, I had a bad solenoid. Vehicle was repaired and I was on my way. Very honest and great customer service. Will definitely return.

They put in a radiator and front heater core in the expedition but we had to take it back because it was still not heating we are going to check on it today.

Ladies and Gents if you've never lived in a small town you may not understand. These folks not only treat you fairly they also treat you right. That means ribbing you when you've earned it and cutting you a break if you have need of it. Case in point, hubs and I were hosting a family get-together with our of town family staying a long weekend, my (0-turn) lawn mower tire went flat. By way of a hole, that I may have caused trying to mow around a sharp edged metal corner. They patched it, in about 10 min at 5 to 5 on Thursday before the event. I was able to finish the lawn that night for our event. Now I am sure that they would have done this for anyone but the laughter we all got when I pulled out an ATV rated "lawn assult vehicle" tire was worth the ration of poo I received for puncturing the tire in the first place! Seriously, the face the poor tech gave the tire was one of equal parts shock and awe.We've only been in the area about 18m and we've have then replace both sets of tires on our trucks, fix a couple of flat tires and even fixed a power steering pump issue. All with honesty ("it'll be about this much... well actually it came out a little less!" - results may not be typical), integrity and down home southern friendliness that you can't get just anywhere.

Mike's Auto Repair was excellent! Wheel bearing went out in our truck, leaving us stranded at Roaring River State Park. Called Mike's, and they recommended a towing company, got us in immediately, and repairs were made within hours. Super nice to deal with, and Mike's employee/ daughter was excellent! Highly recommended!
