Ken and his entire team are top notch! They recently repaired a vehicle for us and we could not have asked for a better experience.
The team had a rental ready for us when we dropped off, no questions asked. Allowing us to continue to serve our customers with zero downtime.
Their communication throughout the entire process far exceeded our expectations. They handled everything with the insurance for us, kept us informed of the progress, and gave us an accurate timeline to work with so we could continue to take care of our customers.

This is my 3rd time to use Ken's Collision and everything is done according to the instructions without any problems. They handled everything with the insurance company so I do not have to get involved. The text messaging to inform you of the progress of your vehicle is the bomb. I never have to call to see what progress they are making.
