Came through the drive through today the lady with red hair and a pink shirt was very very rude and acted as if she didn’t want to be bothered, for her working in customer service she’s really bad at it.

Customer service is absolutely terrible, was supposed to get a call back on a issue I was having, she even assured me I would receive a call back, and now that was 2 days ago.

We've been with US Bank for a long time, but we are very dissatisfied. The banking hours are impossible to work with, their online transaction cutoff is 6pm. When I call I'm on hold for long periods of time only to be told I have to call a different branch because they don't transfer between checking account and credit card banking. The local bank can't do anything on the credit card side besides taking payment for credit cards. Other banks are much more convenient and user oriented.

I carefully choose this bank after reviewing a number of considerations pre-pandemic, and think I would still love it now if things were the same. But several locations have closed, the lobbies are closed, the bank hours are curtailed to a point of inconvenience, half the car lanes are not open because of short staffing, and the ATM is often down. I like the existing staff and really want to like this bank, but I struggle to find a reason to stay with them.

The lobby needs to open back up... Also the shortend hours of operation is an increasing problem that needs to be corrected. The bank needs to be open later than 4pm!

The customer service here was above amazing. I went through today and they went above and beyond to try to help me with information on getting a new Id from the dmv. The dmv in Carthage was rude and short and wouldn't tell me anything I needed but the lovely people at us bank knew all the information I needed. Thank you guys! Totally amazing staff!

Just used ATM had three teller lanes open with four or more vehicles waiting. I think that's reasonable due to time of day and it being local Payday. BTW, ATM only had two other vehicles in front of me. Based on drive thru traffic would think this is a very good Bank branch.

Unprofessional!! Apparently this branch doesn't have enough cash to cover a small loan. Harassing young expectant ladies trying to come in and conduct business is not ok!!

If your going to have drive thru only there should be more than one teller to take care of customers wait time is getting bad thats on management not the tellers
