“Rarely do you find a business that truly deserves 5 stars. Came to the shop at 6;15 am for what I thought was an easy fix. They put the truck in the bay immediately but 10 minutes later the technician advised the shop manager that he had found some serious problems. John, the shop manager relayed the information and told me that barring unforeseen problems, my truck wouldn't be ready till the end of the day. I booked a hotel and John gave me a ride. To my surprise at 6:20 am the next day, John called to let me know the truck was ready. He asked how long I needed and he'd send someone to pick me up. That someone was John himself. He had a tech on my truck all day to make sure I'd be ready the very next morning. Thank you so much John and a million thanks to James, the technician that worked on the truck. You guys are amazing and Penske shops should learn from you. The experience made my breakdown tolerable. 100% 5 star”

“We used the facility for 3 months to store all of our household items, during a cold/wet season. Our stuff stayed safe and dry. The owner was awesome to work with and would call if he noticed we hadn't closed the storage door all the way. He checks the facility regularly. The price was the cheapest we could find in town for the size. The ceiling in the unit was vaulted and very tall so we had no problem storing all of our things with room to spare. We would recommend to anyone.”

“I totally love the concept of storing food underground the only thing is they need a better way of giving directions to the facility and all staff need to be on the same page of directions to the truck drivers so there will be no miss communication”
