Would give 0 stars if that were an option. Don’t have proper signage for drinks or prices or how to use the self checkout (why have a drink button option if you are supposed to scan the barcode?) and when my husband was told he underpaid and would have to pay the difference and they proceeded to charge him another $7 on top of the $5 he already paid for 4 drinks instead of only charging him the $2 difference it would really have been. And told him they would not refund him the money. It wasn’t until I called up and raised hell for being SEVERELY over charged that they decided to offer us a refund that we can come back and get on Monday. I am very disappointed in the customer service of this location and after I receive my refund on Monday I will NOT be returning.

Everytime we go here they are out of numerous items in the simple Simon area and the Pete's hot deli area. And the staff is rude to you when you ask for anything they have to cook. If you order in advance it doesn't tell you they are out of it until you get there and already paid online.

Pete's is greedy and doesn't give their employees enough hours. How is a father supposed to support 2 kids working 7 hours a week? Do better. They expect one person to run the cafe by themselves and only give them one or two days a week. Hope everyone quits.

First time I've used a self checkout in a gas station totally mind blown. Stopped through to use restroom and get gas lady named Wanda helped me super friendly she has great customer service. Great experience had to write a review!

Took me 15 minutes to fill up my tank it was so slow & then the gas pump didn't shut itself off & overfill my tank

Cashiers refuse to ring you up. They say they won't be using the registers anymore. So if you want to their job whe they stand over you like a hawk go here. If you wish to have them do their job and ring you up go anywhere else. And their parking lot is for trucks but the design was drawn up by a toddler with no concept of how much run space a tractor trailer really requires.
