Well the service it's really poor I think because they don't have competition around the others autoparts are so farMost of the times when you don't have competition you don't care the customers, because if we need a auto part we need to wait or drive far to go into the other stores

The staff there was extremely knowledgeable. They guided me in building a specialty piece I needed. They literally saved the day! I'll drive the 50 minutes to shop there.

Bought a belt on Tuesday. Got home and found on my receipt a mistake on the price I was charged. I went back to the store. The salesman whose name is on the receipt refused to talk to me and ran to the back of the store. The manager was rude and did not take care of the mistake.
In response to the owner’s response: I did not call. I came into the store on Tuesday. As to the threat “I should come in to the store and settle this like men”, I am glad to see you edited your response, but Google sends me an email with your response which will be forwarded to NAPA officials.
