“Rarely do you find a business that truly deserves 5 stars. Came to the shop at 6;15 am for what I thought was an easy fix. They put the truck in the bay immediately but 10 minutes later the technician advised the shop manager that he had found some serious problems. John, the shop manager relayed the information and told me that barring unforeseen problems, my truck wouldn't be ready till the end of the day. I booked a hotel and John gave me a ride. To my surprise at 6:20 am the next day, John called to let me know the truck was ready. He asked how long I needed and he'd send someone to pick me up. That someone was John himself. He had a tech on my truck all day to make sure I'd be ready the very next morning. Thank you so much John and a million thanks to James, the technician that worked on the truck. You guys are amazing and Penske shops should learn from you. The experience made my breakdown tolerable. 100% 5 star”

“L&P Transportation Company is a good carrier to work at because they take the time to take care of you. The dispatchers listen to you and work to resolve any issues within their power. L&P is good to get you home on a regular basis which includes drive throughs in the middle of the week. They use state-of-the-art equipment. I would recommend it to anyone with driving experience.”
