Very nice,informative, helpful employees. Had a package to send before Christmas and the man behind the counter helped me decide how to send it the most economical safe way to get it there on time. Upon entering I witnessed two young very rude customers ,whom did not have thier options or packages at all ready & were talking loudly with another on the phone while at the counter( half ignoring the important information the older gentleman behind the counter was trying to give them). Even though you could tell he was getting more frustrated by the second,as they werent listening to him)He stayed very calm & professional. More than I could probably say if I were him. I was so appreciative when he turned his attention to next in line,me to get what I needed done. There were a few in line behind me as well. He immediately took care of them as I was walking out. Not sure what became of the two who didn't have thier stuff together,but I can bet he helped them get thiers done the best he could.

Great service and quick, friendly, easy in / out. All my AMZN returns go through here, never a problem. Shipping isn't cheap anywhere so can't complain, when I have to ship something.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH HANDLING YOUR ITEMS. I am in complete shock of how I just received my package from this company. I have never in my life seen anything packaged so unprofessionally as this. I was so excited to have this antique item shipped to my home and was brought to tears when I saw it on my doorstep. A single layer of bubble wrap in a few packing peanuts and they couldn’t even be bothered to write ‘fragile’ on the box. No amount of compensation can replace this shelf that I have spent months searching for. There are no words to express how deeply disappointed and foolish I feel to have even considered letting them handle my item. Do not make the same mistake I have made in trusting this company to package anything that you care about. If this is the only option you have….PACK IT YOURSELF.

I can not believe the complete disregard of care used in packaging my antique item. It arrived in a busted up box wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap and they didn’t even write ‘fragile’ anywhere on the package. Now my item is beyond salvageable. I will never use their service again and wish I would have taken my chances of packing this myself. Disappointed doesn’t even scratch the surface of how I feel in their service.
