I set an appt and they placed my daughter and myself with Cassie. I called and spoke with her a couple of times to be sure she understood what we both wanted out of the haircut. Your hair is the framework of your look...it's important. Cassie promised she knew what we wanted and we arrived for the appt's. We both showed her pics of the cuts we wanted...she bared glanced at the photo's and told us no proble. She was very nice...but has no idea how to cut hair. She did everything on both cuts the absolute opposite of what we asked for and badly at that! I called back the following day about fixing the cuts...she made an appt but there was no priority on it...she put me out a week. I realized she lacked the skill so I asked for a refund...she didn't offer it. I've had to find a new stylist with real experience in varied cuts and hair types. My daughter's hair was uneven everywhere...right down to the lopsided curtain bangs. I tried calling the owner but got no return call/response. Left a message with Ashley. It doesn't seem like this company cares about client services or if your happy with what they've done to your hair. I know they have lots of good reviews...that's why I made an appt there. But no one cared about what happened to us enough to even call me back. Cassie cut my hair to one length when I asked for a layered cut...my hair was almost to my waist...she cut it all off without doing what I wanted which was the layers. Now I have to grow out a cut I hate to get it fixed. This salon has left me frustrated as is my daughter, for want of the cuts I spent $70 on with cassie...I'm so disappointed...and the owner didn't even care enough to Apologize...I can not in good conscience recommend this salon. I hate my hair....so does my daughter...it would have been nice to recieve a refund as now I have to pay someone again to fix Cassie's mess. Sadly I interviewed Cassie before hand and asked about her techniques with my hair type and that of my daughter. She assured me she knew what to do. Deeply frustrated and disappointed with Lilian James salon. Deeply disappointed!Service: Haircut

Just got a massage with Tanya today and I feel amazing! I love that she took some time to chat and get to know me a little, even for just a 30 minute massage...which was SO GOOD! This place is a little oasis of class, luxury, and fantastic service.
