Do NOT use this auto shop for any of your needs !! Find a place that will actually communicate with you that your vehicle won't be ready at its estimated date they gave your insurance company. I was told my vehicle would be ready 10/4 and my rental had to be returned based off their estimate (and was already promisedto another customer). Called Tuesday morning to confirm the pick up, and was told it would be ready on 10/6. Called the first thing that morning to confirm pick up, was told it would be Friday before it was ready (10/7) now 10/7 has came and gone I'm being told my car won't be ready at its estimated time. What excuses was I given? The tech that is working on my car is having a "tough home life" ans one bolt broke so it takes a whole weekend to get that bolt... after 3 weeks of having my car.. after talking with Darcy, I was unable to get the technicians name (couldn't give me a reason why) so I get her bosses name, Sid and told them to expect me at the shop at 4:45 to talk with him about my service.He called me while I was still at work to just say "well I'm sorry but I can't control product stocking." And it wasn't until after I asked if apologizing was all he could do, he offered for me to try a get another rental and take it off my deductible.. it's 3pm on a Friday, with no rentals available earlier during the week, and that was his best solution. If you have any value for your time, patience, or where you spend your hard earned money, do NOT use this shop. I will be telling everyone I know not to even call for an estimate due to the lack of consideration they have for their customers. But by God, they accepted my insurance money as soon as they could. I will be calling my State Farm insurance agent to urge them to take Grundys off the recommendation list. I hope you all are ashamed of yourselves for wasting time, money, and resources. Save yourself some peace and go somewhere else!The worst experience.

Very professional and great work! Very easy to work with. I dropped my car off to have some scratches touched up. They handled the insurance and fixed it. I just had to worry about dropping it off and picking it up. Would recommend to everyone!Service: Painting

After some jack wagon backed into my baby this is the only place my husband would let me take her and I'm glad he did. They did amazing work and were great to work with! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Very Pleased with the professional, personal and all aspects of the work they did for me. Grundy's is a shop I have faith in for quality. I had an "out of my own pocket" job and felt I got great value.
