First time having my hair done

So I went here about a month ago and didn't want to write a review but since getting my cut and color I have been noticing a lot of things and do not want the same thing happen to anyone else. I go there asking for some layers with bangs and I also some highlights. I don't remember her name but when I was telling her what I wanted she just basicly asked me what level of highlights i wanted and what tone and i showed her then she immediately started applying bleach.... no questions about if I had any previous hair color or if I'm allergic to anything nothing.
Then after applying the bleach she put me under the hair dryer for over a hour! Thank God I didn't have any previous color or my hair would have fell or broken off. Then she washed it out and stated cutting.
Now the cut was good!! But after I asked can I pay extra for a blowout. Her exact words were " Oh, we don't do any of that fancy city stuff here." I was taken back because it's literally just a round brush and a blow dryer so I didn't get why that was so special.
It looked OK coming out but when looking at it in the light I noticed she didn't blend the bleach at all. There are total demarcation spaces with no blending at all. And the highlights are so white they almost look grey!! I did not ask for that I wanted warmer blended highlights did not get that at all.

Definitely zero stars. This was worst place I've EVER been. Got a color. Had to ask for cut n style ruined my shirt. Color on side of face terrible

After a failed perm a year ago at another salon, I was hesitant at trying a new beautician. I'm SO glad I found Tayla! Such a sweet person and a rock star at perms! Everyone was so nice. I've finally found a great beautician! Highly recommend this salon! 5 stars all the way!
