For years my instrument cluster on my 2004 GMC Yukon hadn’t been fully functional. I had no idea it was breaking down slowly until one day none of my gauges worked. After some research and seeing what a new part would cost me, I looked at different companies who rebuild them. I found anywhere from $69.99 to $200. But what caught my eye was Dr Speedometer’s lifetime warranty. I was still skeptical, so I called and I spoke to Fred. I figured if someone would offer a lifetime warranty; he knew what he was doing. Fred walked me through the process and that afternoon I placed an order. I received my shipping label quickly. I had my instrument panel out the next day. I tracked the package and it was delivered on a Saturday. Monday afternoon I received an email telling me that my instrument panel was on its way back to me. What? Wow! Blew my mind. These days it’s hard to find someone you can trust. I’m glad I reached out to Fred at Dr speedometers. Thank you Fred for providing premier service. I wish there were more humans like you.

What a great company...and what a great idea to help out Trailblazer owners who suffer from "dashboard dials wipe-out." I bought a used 2005 Blazer with only one dial working on my dashboard...no tach, no speedo. Dr. Speedometer (Fred) sent instructions on how to remove the entire unit, then sent a postage-free decal to attach to the box I put unit in. Sent it off to the Missouri address, and 9 days later I had the unit back....btw, 8 of those days were USPS days. Fred repaired the unit in one day. Put the unit back in place, attached all wires and screws, and FANTASTIC!! ..all gauges working, even my lights showing what gear I am in. 5 stars for the level of service, and for the level of expertise to fix the entire dashboard unit...just like new.BTW, I am not particularly mechanically skilled, and am 85 years old....so EVERYONE ought to be able to do this. As our guages failed one by one, we feared a very expensive & complicated electrical repair, and didn't know who to trust. Online research told me this was a common Chevy issue, and led me to a link for DrSpeedometer. I sent my gauge cluster for my 2002 Silverado 2500HD 6.6 Turbo due to no odometer. Got it back in just a few days and now have my odometer. What surprised me is that I paid $189 but he refunded $40 due to the service I requested was for 2003 and above. I was shocked at his honesty!
