We used the facility for 3 months to store all of our household items, during a cold/wet season. Our stuff stayed safe and dry. The owner was awesome to work with and would call if he noticed we hadn't closed the storage door all the way. He checks the facility regularly. The price was the cheapest we could find in town for the size. The ceiling in the unit was vaulted and very tall so we had no problem storing all of our things with room to spare. We would recommend to anyone.
