We moved to Missouri from Minnesota in April where we lived our entire lives. Buying a new vehicle in Missouri was a totally new experience for us. One thing we learned the very hard way is that the sales tax due on a new vehicle IS NOT included in on the processing of the loan like it is in Minnesota. It was a $2,205.20 shock at the DMV for us that we feel the dealership should have forewarned us about as we just don’t carry that kind of money around. Thankfully the dealership is being very, very kind to us and working with us in this situation and we truly appreciate it. Thank you so much.

Took 2018 truck in for oil change and transmission service. At Check out I was advised of 3% fee for using my credit card. That was a shocker for a company so large. I also asked service rep to look at my back brakes to make sure that they were OK. when I picked up my truck. Nothing was said about whether the brakes were checked or not. Either forgot or they were too busy.

I recently bought a 2012 Ford F150 from wood Ford in less than two day's after my purchase, I opened up the Factory sliding moon Roof, it immediately started making loud noises popping and cracking ,sounding like glass breaking,unable to stop it,to avoid any more damage, it was then stuck open, I called them and spoke with the salesman he told me pretty much to kick rocks, oh i was also told my truck was serviced and had oil changed, i checked and the oil service life was at 13% meaning oil was not new, I'll never ever give them my money again,and will tell all my family and friends to not buy from this car dealer.I hope this car dealership goes broke.

My Experience was fantastic, I was never rushed or manipulated into anything! Infact i felt they were beyond patient with me, every concern I had was made a priority. I'd like to give a huge shout out to my Sales lady Danielle especially, my 2 year old had an accident while we were there and this mom forgot an extra pair of shorts, Danielle went to Walmart immediately and bought him a new pair of shorts! I definitely don't see anyone going wrong with getting their new vehicle through Woods!

They screwed my brother over on his trade in deal. They told said brother they would give him 25k trade in and 38k for the truck. But they only got him down for $18500 trade in and 45k for the new truck. Bunch of crooks running that place.

Do not come to this dealership unless you want to get lied to and screwed. I came in looking to buy a new truck and trade in my old one. I found a truck I liked and the salesman and I started talking numbers. We found a price that worked for me and we settled. Come to find out after all the paperwork was done and finalized they didn’t give me the original deal we settled on and didn’t give me my trade In value on my old truck($25,000). They only gave me $18,500 therefore screwing me out of $7,000 and some change . All in all do not come to woods ford of Carthage.

I have been having my Mustang serviced at this location for several years and I have nothing but high praise for the service department. Communication is great, The cost is reasonable and I have never had anything but a great experience there.
I recently ordered a Ford Maverick. The delivery delivery process for this vehicle was very good. A lot of dealers will pressure you for extra warranties and lots of little knickknack add-ons. Those things were presented in a very professional manor and the young man who was in charge of that part of the process was very knowledgeable and helpful instead of being pushy.
