I have enjoyed their service for over a year. For that year it was great. But, now that I am having issues with the internet (for 3 days) I cannot get a response nor even get someone to answer an email. It is hard to work from home or enjoy service when it is out and not getting assistance is unacceptable in a customer... read full comment
