My review was too many characters to fit in this box, so just avoid making my mistake and using this dealership and service department unless you want to be disappointed and led astray. They do not value your safety and seem to only care about making a paycheck.

I have bought multiple cars and never one time have I ever had an experience like this. The car is great no problem blah blah. I had to keep contacting them to send out the title which they said would be in the mail within a week or so. We received the title after our temp tag expired. To top it all off the information they entered wasn’t even correct. Names spelt wrong, address wrong, phone numbers, etc. this place was a total joke. Went back and forth at the dmv for 4 HOURS because of all of there mistakes. They act like I’m stupid for asking where my title is when I bought the car over a month ago. ??♂️
Go literally anywhere else.

This place MUST be under new management/ownership because it is NOT what it used to be.
Wife found car she wanted on website. Went to see in person and was quoted/verified internet price.
Took her vehicle in to be appraised for trade.
Sales sheet had vehicle listed $7,000 more than what he quoted day before.
Also tacked on $1,500 ‘care’ package for tires and oil, but had to use them for it to be enforced. (No sh!t)
Explained to salesman that price was not what we agreed on and showed him again the internet listing. His response, “well, the internet screws things up”.
I asked for our key and left. We then enjoyed a hassle-free purchasing experience at Mayse Automotive in Aurora! Paid cash.
Don’t waste your time with these clowns in Carthage. Go elsewhere, you won’t regret it.

My husband and I are prior customers with an extended warranty. We recently called the finance manager Chris to ask question and he was extremely rude. He advised the dealership is under new ownership and they do not deal with this warranty company any longer. He refused to answer questions and advised he did not have time to talk to us. Guaranteed we won't be going back to this dealer if that is the way the new owners treat their customers.

Drive several hours because Wood had the rare vehicle we were looking for. Salesman, Austin, is a super nice guy and I trusted what he had to say. He said the truck had been completely gone through and nothing was wrong with it. Since they do not give any extended warranty- I asked what if something went wrong soon, I mean we had a 3 hr drive as well. He said Wood is known for their customer service and we would definitely be taken care of. Again, I trusted what he said… He also said he would have a second key made for us.
3 days out, I let him know that something isn’t right- it’s driving weird… I was in touch giving updates just about daily (I have a nice log about all the calls and messages) and at one point said I was gonna take it in to our local Ford dealer. He said that was a lot of money to spend when he knows nothing is wrong with it. Just gonna take getting used to (never drove an air ride truck before)
—8 days of owning it - it breaks down! We were out of town so we dropped it at a Ford dealer- transfer case broke due to a bad seal and no fluid! Mechanic at Ford dealer says it’s been that way for a while and in NO way we could’ve been responsible in the 8 days we owned it. Looking for help with that $2800 fix!
Called salesman several times- he finally answered that management said they will do nothing about it- cause we didn’t PURCHASE an extended warranty. So much for being known to take care of their customers. The question from the mechanic that fixed it was : Did they even lift it up on the rack? Should’ve seen the old fluid and stuck on dirt all over the bottom of the truck.
So you tell me- did they? Hmmm. Was told they completely went over it and it was in great condition … super disappointed! Buyers beware-
Have owned the truck about 24 days now- just got title yesterday, still no key and being ignored about talking to a manager.
Should be a law like in other staes to have a small warranty. Even just 14 days/1000 miles warranty would have helped us. just something so that when you buy a $6X,XXX vehicle- you can trust that it is right- so sad that it’s all about the money- not about good vehicles or customer satisfaction.

I have had to have my jeep in for repairs twice. Both times Tyler got me right in and back on the road the same day. Tyler was very polite and helpful.

Best car buying experience I’ve had! Eddie was great! Fast, friendly and called to ask how I liked my new Jeep. I’ll look here first when I shop again.

Stay away from this unethical business. This dealership uses false price advertising to lure in potential buyers with significantly lower car prices featured on their website resulting in false prices throughout all online car search portals. Their online advertised price does not clearly state conditions, nor it suggest there might be conditions (by marking it with asterisk for instance) to be aware of. I was able to find one mention of a condition buried in the tiny font in the footer of the page stating that price featured assumes financing through this dealership. I did find that unfortunately after the fact. In addition to advertising lower/unattainable price, sales person never mentioned this is something I need to know before making 150 mile drive to purchase a car, I also called ahead to confirm what I need to bring as this will be a cash purchase. Once we arrived, test drove the car and time came to make a purchase, sales person comes back with price over $2100 higher than advertised, explaining that their online price is only if we finance and trade in old car. We were ok with financing part of the purchase to get this price, but sales person was adamant that we need a trade in on top of financing. Again I will mention that on their website there was no mention of trade in requirement. Absolutely wasted time, what's worse the car was well worth the extra $2100, and we would have paid it if we knew that upfront, but we refuse to give business to shady business people - stay away, there are plenty dealerships with good people.

So our SUV overheated 2 hours into our vacation and we stopped here to have it looked at. Long story short, we bought a new used van. JJ helped us and really listened to what I wanted in a new vehicle. It was stressful to have to shop unexpectedly for a car on vacation but JJ really made it better with no pressure. Usually, I research and spend a lot of time deciding about a vehicle purchase but we didn’t have that luxury. So, got a Honda Odyssey and took off on the remainder of our vacation not even sure we would like the vehicle. Well, JJ was right (because he listened to us) and it seemed like everyday we found something more to like about this vehicle. It fit our needs perfectly! Want someone who listens to your needs and helps you pick out something that fits what you need - ask for JJ! After vacation, we needed an oil change. Service department was great! Even remembered who we were without giving our name. I want to give a shout out to this service department because they consistently went out of their way to help us so we could have a good vacation!

I traded a newer 22 ram 2500 for a new ram 3500 and when we made the trade deal I was told I'd be giving dealer cost for the new truck, I never seen a price when signing papers I just took Kevin's word for it to being honest. He sold it over 8k more then agreement then the transmission left me in it after 3 months with only 10k miles so I asked for a rental while it gets fix and they said we can't help you with that. With that said I'll never trade or buy from wood ever again!

I have not purchased a vehicle from them but contacted them about one they had for sale on CarGurus. Wanted to give a shout out to Brandon Baum who has been incredibly helpful in trying to get us into what we want at the best rates. Always friendly, not pushy but persistently helpful. Thank you!
