Bought a serpertine belt for a 2000 camry v6 after mechanic looked at it said this is a used belt went back they did not take it back and said thats not what they gave me im a pastor have no reason to lie for a $30 part the way they treat customers is not good
If someone can follow up on this would be great.

These guys were the best! Our car was malfunctioning right off the highway and they helped us diagnose the problem and were super helpful the entire time and helped fix our car. God bless them!

Highly recommend this AutoZone. The employee assisted me with my check engine light right at the end of the day. You would think that this is nothing special but this wasn't the only thing he assisted me with. He assisted me with contacting a shop late on a Sunday night to get me back on the road. He helped me at a very low moment during my trip. I was traveling cross country after finding out my mother was placed on hospice. That check engine light was enough to put me over the edge. His calm and helpful demeanor was what I needed, especially with traveling on my own. It was the best service I have experienced at an AutoZone.

The gentleman at the counter was very helpful at recommending a new battery for my wife's car. The battery completely died over night because it was past it's lifespan and the cold got to it. The staff memeber even helped me install it, since I wasn't super familiar with how the battery fits in that compartment. It is a very snug fit in an Audi A3. Thank you guys for the help.
