Do they know how to read?? 2 times I’ve received welfare checks for someone who live across town, just because we have the same apartment number, on top of all the other times I’ve gotten someone else’s mail and someone else has gotten my mail, in such a small town, and the size of apartments I live in, it’s ridiculous.

I've got a post office box and have had to work out some system issues with the staff at this post office (nothing that's their fault) and let me say, they go above and beyond to make sure you're getting the best service possible, and I never once saw any one of them without a warm and welcoming smile. It's a pleasure now, to go to the post office cause they're so freindly.

The woman at the front desk is hateful!! She was no help in getting my cat food that was sitting in their floor . Instead of being delivered, I thought people were kind, caring and helpful during this pandemic, I have to order cat food offline since stores can't keep it stocked , but does she give a s*** nope

The Carrollton Post Office is the best. My Grandma works really hard and so does all the staff.

I recently had to visit the Carrollton MO. Post Office. The Staff were SO HELPFUL and FRIENDLY. I was greeted as soon as I entered the front door and made to feel like my business was important to them. I truly appreciated them and all there help. You sure know how to make your customers feel important and do a great job. Thank you all
