For more than 15 years this company has met our needs every time we called. They have repaired or replaced units for us in 3 homes and several rental units. They have always been professional and reliable always responding quickly to our call. They have been fair and honest when dealing with our HVAC issues. Plus they are just nice people. I have recommended them many times over the years to friends and family. They are certainly the first “Z 1 to Call” when we have a problem and we will continue to call them in the future when we have any heating/AC problems. Sincerely a very satisfied customer.

Once again Z 1-2 Call Heating and Air saved the day. Noticed this morning our AC fan was not working. Called them and they were here in 2 hours and assessed we needed a new board. New board retrieved from Springfield and we’re sitting cool right now! Thanks Tim and crew! ??

The technician and sidekick that came out to look at our hvac system was very unprofessional! We were trying to get an idea on what exactly was wrong with the hvac system on a house we were buying and after coming out and making complaints on the quality of the general inspector for the house itself, proceeded to tell us that the house would need to have the entire ductwork replaced and new ac/furnace units placed. He gave me a verbal quote on the spot of 12K which obviously was concerning to me. He proceeded to give me his opinion on whether or not I should be buying the house. They honestly made the process way more stressful for me and my wife. I cannot recommend this company. As it turns out, the technician that came out was wrong, after having another company come out and explain everything to me. TLDR: don’t use this company unless you want them to try to sell you on a whole new ductwork/hvac system when the issue is actually a much simpler fix!

One day without AC last week with temps near 100 was beyond draining & we were unable to sleep through the night...ugh!Z1-2Call came out the very next day, got us in cool mode once again. ? Beyond grateful. Super nice people!

2 for 2 with these guys. Honestly friendly and above all they know their stuff and aren't gonna stiff ya on prices like some other ac repair men out there.I had a home depot contractor quote me 700$ these guys got the part and labor for 329.. fantastic highly recommended

Update: our heating system ran into some other issues and Corey was out the same day I called. He checked the system top to bottom and discovered issues that had been causing our electric bills to double. Phenomenal job! If you're looking for some good, honest folks to take care of your system look no further. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.We lost heat downstairs in our home and I called Z1-2 and Corey got someone out here same day. Matt was super nice and explained what stopped working and checked the rest of the system for me. Got me back up and running in no time. Highly recommend these guys and will call them again for any future needs. ?
