Installation was very professional follow up with just a couple issues was prompt and Ryan knew what he was doing the equipment is top shelf love our new tv/stereo sound system
Ryan took me by the hand on how to use system - I was a little apprehensive but with his instructions I became a pro overnight

I was blown away with the differences in sounds from high end speakers. Ryan didn't just have me listen to sounds from his systems, he educated me on why different systems have different sounds. Let me tell you...the fine gentleman at Vassal High End knows what he's talking about. We talked at length about my hopes and dreams for my home theatre setup. We started with the big picture, and after chatting for a while we were able to narrow it down and come up with a plan. I wasn't able to come into the shop for a demo, and a home install wasn't an option, so he shipped me a Bluesound Pulse Soundbar 2i. When it arrived, Ryan was super helpful via chat to walk me through setting it up (but honestly, the set-up was super easy).I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the tip-top service. Ryan has won a customer for life!

Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. He work with my home theater system today and tweaked it to get the best sound I’ve ever heard come out of it.
