Mortimer Henderson assisted me during my last visit and he is very competent. I had been in 3x's with my issue not addressed. If he had not helped me, I would have stopped my service that day. He knows what he is doing and I will only work with him now if I can. He needs to be commended for going to bat for customers and ensuring they receive good service.

We had an issue with our son’s phone on our account and he is in St Louis. His phone locked up and he went to Verizon in Richmond Heights and they told him they could not help him unless his name was added as account owner. (He has insurance on his phone). They did not offer any assistance at all.
He contacted us and we went into the Cape Girardeau store and Maggie helped us out. She went way out of her way to help with the issue. She took care of the issue and had a replacement phone through the insurance to him in less than 24 hours.
She did all this from the Cape Girardeau location and he was in St Louis…….
I can not say enough about the exceptional service we received from Maggie and the others in the Cape store.
Our son has her added as a contact in case he should need anything in the future!!
Cape store rocks at customer service!!!!!

I am Verizon customer for last 20 years. Recently, had an issue, came to local store. Joseph the Rep. heard my issue and addressed with Tech support and was on call for couple of hours. Hats off to his commitment, dedication and caring for customer/s!
We need more and more people like Joseph!

Day 2Horrible. I order 2 phones, paid off 2 phones, they couldn't run a card, couldn't provide a receipt. Then called the day after I finally got my phones with you owe us another 300+ or we shutting off your phones. Save yourself the trouble order online directly from Verizon.Day 3 of dealing with location. Started off very rough, however, Ricardo and another guy worked very hard to fix the situation. So I will raise my rating of them. Very frustrating overall but ended up good.If you have to go in here. Talk to Ricardo he is actually very helpful. He worked on it and got it done and saved me money. Ultimately turned out very well.

My parents and I got upgrades from a Worker named Mortimer! He was super nice and very helpful and super patient with us! It was such a great experience with him and hope to work with him again soon!

Literally the worst purchasing/customer experience I’ve EVER had. I received a different response to questions/concerns with every person I spoke with. I spoke with the store associates and called customer service. No one was able to land on the same answer/solution twice. After hours of time wasted and at least a dozen phone calls to support a resolution was never found. They refused to help me. I spent thousands of dollars on new phones and new Service with Verizon and they literally refused to help after given numerous opportunities to do the right thing. I will be contacting an attorney.

After being a customer for 23 long years, I can confidently say that this company has lost it's integrity. With all of the hidden fees and the "in advance patment" they took out and told us nothing about, we are fed up and switching to Cricket.

The people at this location are very rude and unprofessional. They tried to tell me I was lying about not receiving calls and didn’t do anything to resolve my issues after multiple visits. Would not recommend them to anyone.
