I would give zero stars if i could. The absolute worst experience. I was made all kinds of promises things would be fixed and they werent. They had my car i just bought for 2 weeks to fix and never did any of it. Lights were still on when i got it. Cant ever reach anyone on phone you have to text. Then was told sales tax was in on loan and went to get plates and it wasnt. I also have to buy new tires now because the ones that were on it are junk. Do not waste numerous hours at this place, just go elsewhere. They are cheaper because there vehicles are junk and the service absolutely sucks.

Worst experience at a dealership ever! Ammon was our salesman he has no clue what he is doing. They told me that the car had an inspection done on it. They never sent paperwork for it. Now come to find out they lied. They now won’t take my calls or call me back to rectify the situation. Now have to scramble to get the car inspected so I can drive it again! Don’t buy a car here

Absolute dream ending to an interesting day in the Service Department. Manager Josh and member Kim were both quick and responsive to my needs and questions. Thank you to you both for making this service stop quick and painless for me. My 2015 Chevy Equinox has a fresh oil change and a clean bill of health. Great people at Frank Leta!Edit: A few weeks back I had my son, a few weeks before that, a knocking sound plagued my car and my headlight went out. Frank Leta's Service Manager Josh and Supervisor whose name I want to say was Aaron were amazing. Fast, found the issue, fixed the issue, and even did my headlight for me at no charge. These guys are the absolute best and need a raise.

He worked to help me find a vehicle that would fit my needs and mobility challenges.Mike in the business office did a great job of talking me through the paperwork and helped me choose a warranty plan to extend the coverage so that I could feel secure about the longevity of the vehicle.

My experience on 8-15-23: (with Frank Leta GMC..made an appointment several weeks ago for a nationwide GM recall repair. Show up promptly for my appointment just to find that the needed part was not ordered. No accountability…you will have to make another appointment. Spoke with the new GM. No sympathy or remorse. How about these ideas: 1. Offer to run to another GM dealership and pick up the part. 2. Offer me a loaner car. 3. Offer to return my vehicle after it is repaired. 4. Offer a token of appreciation for my efforts inconvenience due to your incompetence. 5. If you are using a call center in St Louis develop a system where there is a double check that the parts will be here on the appointment date. If not call the customer so they don’t loose a day of pay. 6. Acknowledge loyal GM customers. (Three Buick Regals, two Buick Centuries, three GMC trucks) 7. Respond to customers concerns when they try to contact the owners in St Louis. Ps. The same day, I called Autry Morlan. They were kind and respectful and said “We have the part. Come on down. “. The two hour job was completed in 30 minutes. Thank you Rob Gregory and thank everyone there for being so hospitable. Guess where I will be going for my next GMC purchase and service? In addition, you can bet I will be telling everyone that I know….go to Autry Morlan.

Though they do "try" hard to get you into a vehicle, they do no communicate with one another at all. And ever single person has to go get someone higher up for the simplest of things. I swear I had to explain the same thing to 5 different people just because they don't share any information amongst each other. Waited 3 days to get an "approval" for something they (all 5) were all told we couldn't do. A huge waste of time and of course, damages to credit scores that only time will heal. Thanks but no thanks Frank Leta, I'll be sure to spread the word.

Took car in to have the a/c checked. It would occasionally go from blowing cold air to blowing cool air. Was diagnosed with a leak in the rear evaporator. I was using the air as I was driving to the dealership and it was blowing cold. When I left the dealership and turned on the air it did nothing. The light on the a/c button just blinked. I called and left a message for service department to call me. Received a message the next morning and I returned the call and left a message. Have not heard back from anyone since.

I’ve bought a lot of vehicles at multiple dealerships and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had! Crystal, the salesperson, was AMAZING!!! She made my experience very quick and painless!! We had been to multiple dealerships and they didn’t want to give us hardly anything for our trade. But this dealership gave us $1900 more than other dealerships. Definitely recommend!!
