Bought a new GMC Truck. Dealer was very nice and Bought a new GMC truck. The sales man was very nice and pleasant to work with. They have a lot of Trucks on their lot to pick from. Not a problem to find something you will like. They will work with you on the price not like some of the dealer in my area that will not try and work with you on the price. It got late in the day and they was not able to detail it so the sales man told me to bring it back on Monday and they would detail it and he would fill my gas tank up again and he did. Depending on where you live it is worth driving the extra miles to find a dealer that seems to be interested in you as a customer. This is my first Truck from this dealership so I can't tell you about the service just have to see when it comes time to get it serviced or have any issues with the truck.

Buyer Be Warned!
We bought a Jeep Patriot 6 months ago with the service plan. Buick GMC will not honor their service plan or perform maintenance as scheduled in the agreement. They will however waste your time and money with multiple visits to the serve center at which time they will not address the issues with your vehicle. They do get you in and out of there service area quickly but have not done the maintenance. When you bring the vehicle back they will claim it unsafe to drive due to issue such as faulty gas tank that they sold to you in this condition without informing you of the defect. They will claim you have no recourse through your service plan to pay for the work. You will pay 100% out of pocket for all services preformed by Buick GMC parts. They will not take the time to honor their agreements.

Went in to get a replacement and was told had to schedule a appointment to get tech to take a look ,I told them it's broke I punched it ,they told me tech has to make sure they charged $155 dollars for that

Customers beware to look at your car for 10 minutes it's a $179. I was there for 20 minutes and they told me it would take 8 hours to diagnose the problem and charged me $179. A long term customer Van Meter no longer a customer of Frank.

Right over a year ago I purchased a used car in full from Frank Leta the salesman i dealt with was very nice and even negotiated a small basic maintenance package for me as a newly engaged person planning a wedding. unfortunately that salesman was the only good thing about any experience I have had with Frank Leta and he is no longer there. 2 weeks on the dot from driving off with the car my engine light came on so I took it to Auto Zone and they said it was my catalytic converter. I called the dealership and they said they would look at it and determined it was indeed my catalytic converter (08 honda odyssey). at this time it was right over two weeks of the car being in my possession-I didnt even have the title yet and asked what they would do and they said nothing. That I could pay just like anyone else. 2 days after that conversation and leaving a message to talk to the service manager and owner (no call back from either) my van broke down in my sons school parking lot and had to be towed. it was the alternator and after having it replaced and seeing the part myself it WAS HELD TOGETHER BY DUCT TAPE I called again to see if they would do anything or reimburse in anyway. no call back. After several weeks of leaving messages and calls with no help or response what so ever i let it go. last fall I took my car in for the first oil change and a tire rotation since my purchase. received a call my vehicle was ready and went to pick it up. two days later my oil light came on. when I looked there was no oil in my car. I had it towed down to my normal mechanic I have been seeing for over 10 years and he could find no leak at all. he performed another oil change and filled it up. I called the dealership and attempted to tell them and again no response no call no "I'm sorry we would like to make the mistake right " and it was a mistake on their service depts fault.l for not putting oil in my car. I tried for weeks to get some kind of response. there wasn't even" I'm sorry for the inconvenience." I went in and told them i wanted to cancel my service contract in person and was told after my ONE not so oil change my package had "depreciated" 300$ . I was also told upon buying the vehicle that the tires on it were NEW and what did I replace today? All 4 tires 1 year into owning this vehicle. I gave chance after chance just hoping for even just one call back from SOMEONE but never received it. when I finally got threw online to someone about my refund check still not being received after about 2 months of waiting someone reached out. I received my check that weekend and informed them I had it. thank you to those individuals who actually responded. but I was not the only one in my family who had issues with this dealership and I can tell you she wont be going back either and will be driving and taking her buisness to the Buick dealership all the way in STL after what happened to her as well. I do not recommend Frank Leta Buick GMC for any purchase or service. I understand their are risks and potential issues when purchasing any vehicle ESPECIALLY a used one but I have NEVER dealt with a dealership who wouldnt even talk to their customers about said issues or at the very least apologize for their own mess ups. I should also note that the salesman I originally dealt with and who had sold me the car was adamant that the owner would not stand for the issues I was facing and was a good man and I trusted him which is the only reason I tried to reach out to the owner in the first place. I wont return to frank leta and I will discourage anyone else who thinks about going as well
UPDATE: The GM of frank leta , Mr. Morris I believe , reached put to me today and spoke to me about my issues and complaints. He was very kind and listened to everything i had to say and was able to offer some resolutions to issues I had listed above. He let me know that the changes have been made over the past year and apologized for what happened. Thank you to Mr. Morris for reaching out and trying to help me to
