“Making a delivery here very polite and good people here coffee for you while you wait and its a floor load don't come expecting a hour unload . They move there equipment around to give you more room give them a minute and it will be a little tight but easy enough just take your time .”

“This past spring my husband and I had our 2020 Kia break down with internal engine damage. Unfortunately we were about 600 miles past our warranty and the local dealership would not cover it. Jim at ProAuto went the extra mile every step of the way with this difficult repair. After thinking it was fixed it broke down again and he paid our towing bill and helped with additional costs of the second repair. He also helped us through some difficult interactions with the Kia dealership when the vehicle then needed a brand new engine. I cannot speak more highly of the generosity and kind heart of Jim. “I had a screw in one of my tires and made an appointment to have the tire repaired. They took my car into the bay areas very quickly, but then it took about 1 1/2 hours to have the tire repaired, which seems like quite a bit of time. Also, my tires according to the plate in the car should be inflated to 36 pounds, but they only inflated it to 32 pounds, so I had to inflate it more when I got home. The repair cost was reasonable.”
