Took my daughters phone in to have the screen fixed. Staff was friendly and we had her phone back the same day. They said that the usual turnaround time for screens is about 2 1/2 hours, depending on how busy they are and if they have the screen in stock. Great people!

I have had family and friends recommend STS Repair in the past. They always said that the work was great and price was affordable. I recently dropped my iPhone 15 Pro and cracked the screen. I called and they said that they had a screen in stock, so I went to drop it off to be fixed. When I got there, I handed them my phone and was prepared to come back a few hours later and pick it up. The gentleman took a look at my phone and said "Wait, it looks like you have a tempered glass cover" and proceeded to take that off and show me that the phone was, in fact, completely undamaged. I had forgotten that I put that on there. My mistake. He could've completely rooked me and taken the phone, pulled that screen off when I left, not do any work, and charge me full price for the replacement but he didn't do that. This review is about honesty and integrity. Not all businesses would have done the same thing. From here on out, if I need any repairs done on my phone or tablet, I will be taking them to STS Repairs. Keep up the great work!

Ok so I went here to get my iPhone 11’s battery replaced worked great for a couple of days but then started shutting down unexpectedly at random percentages and would be at 10 percent when I would turn it back on. Have no clue what is going on with it but I would really like to know

I had a great experience with STS phone repair in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. They fixed my phone in a weeks time after I had run over it with a tractor. Thank you STS.

Things they don’t tell you when you buy a computer or phone is having maintenance/service done on it annually. One of the main issues I have with computers and cell phones is finding a reliable company that can do servicing like STS Repair? My computer died so I took it to STS to see if they could resurrect it from the dead? If not at least try and extract my old Data off my hard- drive. The staff was very friendly and professional. Talked with Ben and Roger. Roger told me it may be a few days or so when I dropped it off which I said fine. So, I got a call later saying it was shot but they were able to salvage Data off my old hard drive? So, I went down and downloaded it and took a tour of their facility and took a few images of the departed computer. I was surprised how loaded it was with dust inside which basically destroyed it as dust conducts and can shorts out the boards as well as cook the main CPU. So word of caution, you might want to give these guys a shout at STS repair if you want to extend the life of your computers/phones they have seen it all and sure is cheaper then buying a new one? Thanks again Roger/Ben.

Most places try to sell you a new phone, but STS didn't. They simply repaired my phone at the price they quoted and had it ready when they said they would. Very impressed!!

Ordered battery for my computer. Paid for service when ordered. Big mistake. Was told when it would be there and was called four days later. Delay was ok but when I took computer in for repairs the young man mentioned the day it arrived and no call for four days. Yes they fixed the issue but since pick up the nonskid rubber on the bottom keeps coming off and it was NOT an issue before they had it. Also initially told 3-4 hours and when dropped off told 48 hours. They had it for 24 hours and did the report but if I hadn't paid up front I would have went somewhere else.

I took my iPad to STS Repair not too hopeful it could be repaired. It was totally dead after an over seas flight. ...but! They were able to fix it! wow! Saved me a ton of money compared to investing in a new one. Thank you STS!!

My daughter's phone was shattered, and the screen would not turn on, but STS repair was able to recover everything, including pictures, to be transferred to her new phone!

This place is amazing. My phone was stepped on, and it was completely shattered, and the screen would not come on, but STS repair was able to recover my photos and Samsung notes on my new phone.
