This bank is horrible.. refused to cash a check written off an account WITH THEM because it was out of sequence.. what??? That is absolutely ridiculous!!! Looked up the account.. funds available... refused to cash!!! WILL NEVERBANK HERE AFAIN.

Courtney has been a very patient and friendly teller and seems to know the software problems associated with the merger very well. A great help in getting my Southern account to function smoothly and not constantly lock me out of my account. Very competent.

Hands down worst experience since moving to Missouri was deciding to open a bank account with them. Hidden FEEs everywhere so we closed the account ( also a super complex ordeal ).

If your not a customer this bank refuses services.Driving by one day, tried to cash in two rolls of quarters for a $20 bill.They refused, stating that since were not a Southern Bank customer, they're not permitted under policy to serve us!Wow!!!

Ever since southern bank has bought out Capaha bank it has been nothing but problems. One after another. No notification of the switch. Then creating a new account for me since someone with southern had the same account number... Which ive have for over 10 years, they did not send new debit cards and shut ours off with no notification even after applying them to the new account. The direct deposits that we have had and switched to the new account number still continued to go into the wrong account with week after week of arguing about it with them. I would never recommend this bank to anyone.
