This review is for the people that answer the phones. Having to wait multiple times now for 10-15 minutes or longer is not great. I've also experienced having to deal with a rather rude receptionist at the facilities front desk. There's been about 5-6 times where I've had to listen to some kind of passive-aggressive comment from her when either entering and/or exiting the main building. I look forward to the times when she's away from her desk, so after my long wait, I don't have to deal with her on top of my medical issues. It's concerning how much of a lack of consideration the medical professionals have here. Sad. I sincerely hope things change for the better. Please hire more people to answer phones in a timely manner. Thanks!

The most helpful people work here. I’ve been trying multiple times to get my info to my insurance through a different health provider and no one would take that extra step. Today SE primary care took the extra step on my first attempt. I’m so grateful! It’s sometimes the person who does the small things that makes a big difference in someone’s life. Thank you!

I've always been treated with kindness and respect here. The team makes me feel like they truly care. They actually listen to you about your concerns and take you seriously. It's taken me a long time to find this in a caregiver. I feel blessed because of them. I finally have a diagnosis (a rare one) when other places blew me off for so long. Thank you!!!

this review is nothing on the doctors. This review is on the ladies that answers the phone every time you need to get in touch with them. For the past three months I have tried to schedule an appointment. I was appointed to an appointment on a later date. But these women answering the phones seem like they hate their life and are nothing but rude. Just wanted to leave a review and remind that you are in a position to provide care for those who need it. You are not a phone service for a morgue.

I have nothing but great service since I started going in 2018. Dr. Murugaser is an awesome Dr. that will talk to you like a normal person and not just another patient. Felt really comfortable seeing since day 1.⚠️ WARNING ⚠️Arrive 15 minutes early because your appointment time is the time your scheduled with Dr and it takes several minutes for the whole check in process. If your a tad bit late expect to wait 45-60mins to be seen.

Seen a male DR.He was the worst ever!! Gaslight’s you ! Don’t listen at all! UPDATE: Well only after I complained did he describe a medication BUT I told him I couldn’t take this said medication, he did not care and prescribed it anyway( which I did not fill do to I can’t take steroids ! Also his nurses are someone called and gave me someone else’s test results Hip-a violation right there ugh well if YOU don’t want to be taken care of go to Harlen Lawrence, PA-C
