The manager and assistant manager are fabulous people, the sales people are friendly and helpful, this one blows the Sikeston location out of the water this one is in Cape Girardeau Missouri, much cleaner and nicer store

They are an absolute joke here, I made two payments to get me ahead so I didn’t have to make a payment on a month that I was gonna be short on cash and they are harassing me and my boyfriend which his number was never put down to begin with. I will never do service with them again. Oh and to mention they charged me Brad new price for a USED washer and dryer! DO NOT do business here!

Rent one has been a really big help for me they are very good about standing up on their policies and if a customer has any problems they are very quick to make sure they're satisfied very respectful workers and people to deal with I recommend them to anyone that doesn't know about them thank you guys very much I'm glad I did business with you
