Highly secure storage with an electric entrance gate. Code pad with swing gate. Paved terrain is uneven. The unit was clean and in good working condition.

Communication with their call center was difficult. In three attempts I had a difficult to understand operator twice and a terrible connection another time. Each time there were loud background conversations going on that made it difficult to hear what the person was saying which only aggravated the language barrier.
