Served it’s purpose and at a good price, be aware though that theft happens a lot over here, luckily we already cleared most of our valuables but we came to get the rest of our stuff and our lock was gone along with our mini fridge and a few other things. Good facility just risky! P.S. there’s a LOT of large bugs (crickets, roaches, spiders, mantis etc) so if youre not a fan of bugs be aware.

This facility is NOT safe period!!! All of the security cameras have been tampered with and are either facing down or broke completely off the buildings. Only a few of the lights work out side the rows of units. It’s completely pitch black once dark very dangerous. In the back of the facility they allow people to live in camper or rvs. Currently there is a man with a generator living in the back right across from my unit that is very questionable. This is my second time moving units due to safety and red dot does absolutely nothing about this concerns.

This place is a joke. They are always having problems with their gate to where you cant get in to your unit. it seems like just about everyone's code doesn't work at all. its been two days now that I haven't been able to get in to my unit because of the gate not working.

The first time I called I talked with Riccardo, and I was having a lot of trouble, making, what should have been easy, loading my information in on the web. Riccardo was amazingly patient, and willing to hang in there, and walk me through, and explain each step. Very grateful to him, and his great customer service. The second time I called, because there was a problem with my original unit, and this time I worked Rinardo, and he helped me also with great customer service in changing to a different unit. Amazing customer service. I also want to give a shout out to Lynn, the service manager at my location, what a gem you have in him. Just all around great experience with your Red Dot team... December 15th 2022 I rented an outdoor space for our RV. I rented it under the expectation that it was 40' deep to accommodate our RV which is 38'7".I rented it in December, 3 months before I needed it because finding spots big enough to fit our RV was difficult.We were in town on 3/18/23 to drop off the RV and found that the spot they claim was 40' deep was only 24' deep.For four months we rented a spot based on their dimensions of the space when in fact is was just slightly more than half that deep.I reached out to the company to see what we could do, and they had no additional spots that would fit our RV however were unwilling to refund our money we had been paying since December.All they offered us was to refund the last month of rent.Even though I did try to escalate to a manager they too refused to refund our money more than the last month.Do not rent from these people unless you visit the location in person and verify it is what they say it is because they will do nothing to make it right and don't care about your satisfaction only their profit.
