Had no idea the Public Health Clinic uses their labs (great!) which means I can now harass them for my results, instead of being put on hold or my number blocked by the free clinic. That being said you can even access all your results ever if you sign up! Now would it be cheaper to still get bloodwork done at the free clinic? Most likely! But instead of dealing with incompetence I can just go straight to the lab/check the progress of my results. Not to say they aren’t incompetent either.

The white lady with short hair who draws blood is unprofessional to say the least. She argued company policy with me just to end up calling her supervisor and be told that I was correct. She then went back to the lab and began talking about me to her coworker. Luckily I recorded 3 minutes of her rudeness on my phone that I’ll be relaying to her supervisor along with corporate.

You can make your lab appt by phone ahead of time and I would recommend this. Walkins are allowed but not in a "timely" sort of manner. The check in process is by computer and I found it super fast but have your ID and insurance card ready to go!

My experience was sub-par putting it politely. The hours of operation are quite particular to begin with, so plan on being on their schedule, not yours. On that note, for whatever reason the hours for drug screening differ from normal operating hours so be aware. This was my reason for visiting and in addition to the inconvenient hours, I was treated as if I were a criminal or had already failed the drug screen for reasons unbeknownst to me…unprofessional and incredibly disrespectful to say the least but that’s my opinion. I’ll add this was a pre-employment drug screen, not a probation or parole situation. I found the technician was good in the skills and technique department but the attitude she conveyed to me was quite rude and impolite, as if I were inconveniencing her or something.

Firstly, I want to say the lady who drew the blood was awesome and efficient. You couldn't even feel the needle. Unfortunately though, they don't know how to read. They didn't read an order properly and caused a two week delay and we ended up having to get blood drawn again at a different lab due to their incompetence.

Worst place ever!!! I went for a drug test and was told that they are not accepting walk-ins that day. The second time, sat out in waiting room for-ever.

Very professional and friendly. Wait time was less than 5 minutes. The place was very clean. Got what they needed in one painless stick. I would definitely recommend Quest Diagnostics and will return if needed.

After reading previous reviews I was nervous about this lab and nearly decided to go somewhere else but I'm glad I didn't. I walked in the door at 12:19pm and was done and out the door just 9 minutes later at 12:28pm.I checked myself in with the tablet they had in the lobby and a monitor told me my estimated wait time was 5 minutes.A friendly woman called my name, took me into a room, asked which arm I preferred, stuck me one time, verified my info, and out the door I went.I'll be using them for all future lab work.

Medical procedures having to do with needles are a big deal for me. Each time I have come here for blood work I have been put at ease and the procedure was done with care and minimal discomfort. I appreciate the professionalism.

The lady who took my child's blood was so rude and uncompassionate. Trying to hold down a 15 month old while someone sticks a needle in him is very difficult and hard for a mom to watch. She seemed to care very little for me or my child. That was just one of the techs so I can't speak for everyone here, but my experience was horrible.
