It's a drive thru only but the pizza is always hot and sooooo good I highly recommend this place.

It was good. I got the chicken, bacon, ranch melt. It was good just a little dry. The cheese sticks were awesome.

I ordered a pizza for delivery, it arrived 20 mins after the expected time, my pizza was luke warm (which was bare-able) - but the pizza dough was stale-like and EXTREMELY greasy! I know pizza is not healthy but the dough was dripping with oil and had a horrible greasy smell. I’m never ordering here again because this is not the first disappointment from this specific location!

Ordered 1 Supreme pizza, 1 Super Supreme pizza, and 5 boxes of the CinnabonMini Rolls to be delivered. It was way over an hour when it was finally delivered. The food was ALL cold, and the pizzas were the worst I had ever got at a Pizza Hut. Will never order pizza from the N. Kingshighway location in Cape Girardeau MO again!It was over $100 thrown away.

Avoid this place, they always manage to mess up orders, it appears they are staffed by dyslexic parolees waiting for their next grift and seem disinterested in assisting customers. Better pizzas are to be had nearby. Rosati's, Dominos, hell even Fazoli's pizza is better than this trash.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!! Manager is not very apologetic when there is an issue did offer to remake or give credit when they screwed up the order. They have messed up 3 orders in a row, I am now going to be a loyal Domino's customer. I will be calling corporate tomorrow

WOW Customer service SUCKS!!1 star is generous!!!Ordered pizza about 3 weeks ago supreme with extra cheese and got the barest pizza I have ever seen, barely any chees just horrible, so I called and they set me up to get another pizza. (Customer service was pretty good that night). Today I wanted to order my free pizza so called the local number rang once and hung up. Called back got recordings listened for a long time and it hung up again, Called back the 3rd time finally got someone from the call center and told them that would like to redeem my free pizza, they could not do that, they had to transfer me to the local store. I get the local store and have to explain what I need a second time, and said I had been hung up on twice. No empathy, sympathy or appology, just said well I guess the call center was busy. Do you still want the pizza. I said what happened to customer service? She was like what do you want me to do. I said an appology would be nice. I got the crappiest apology. I asked to speak to the manager, he could not come to the phone he was too busy. I could talk to him when I picked up my pizza. While I was talking to him about the issue and the bad customer service he was blaming it on the call center and there was nothing he could do. I told him a call to corporate would be appropriate. Then during the conversation the little girl in the background is rolling her eyes and making whatever faces. That just irratated me more that she had no clue of the importance of customer service. I explained with social media a bad review can hurt a business and the little girl will be with out her job then. Well I will not be ordering Pizza Hut again, I work right near Dominos and never get treated badly and will be easier to pick up. Pizza's used to be good here and would probably still be good but lousy customer service has cost this customer. I will be posting this on Yelp and Facebook, ***** Fast forward several months try again, last 3 yes THREEE pizzas were messed up. called tonight took over 20 minutes to FINALLLY get a manager to talk to AMY B was extremely UNapologetic did give credit on account but customer service was horrid. It is a shame these people who CAN NOT read a simple order gets paid more than people working twice as hard and actually have to use their brain. Be prepared to have to call at least 3 times to get someone that might try to help. Staff should be checking orders to make sure the correct order is given to the correct person and they made it the way it was ordered!!! DO BETTER

cant get a order right to save their lives. 2 days in a row they sent me the wrong crust after i repeated it loud n clear the second time they still failed to deliver the right pizza. horrible.
