Mostly reviewing this because of a specific person that works here. The last few times I've gone he was working and he is super nice. I can't remember his name. He helped me pick out a new phone that fit my needs. Then next time we went he helped my husband get his new phone working when we couldn't figure it out.

The associate was very helpful and attentive. The device I was interested in was not in stock but he took my number and promptly called me back to let me know one would be in stock on Friday. I was given a very good deal to port my number and will have a very nice phone with a great plan for less than 100 dollars. I would highly recommend this retailer to others

Bought the newest version of my OnePlus 10 here and I also got the deal with 100 gigs for $50 a month so my bill for the phone and 100 GB around 120 a month is a very good deal because I never run out of data between the hotspot on the phone and the mobile hotspot I can get internet almost anywhere...Metro PCS is a great service to go with!!!

I've always had great service with Metro pcs and I've always felt like a valued customer. Had multiple phone related issues today and they were able to help me out. Going to continue doing business with them.

It isn't the manager or store owners fault exactly. But basically I switched to them was told 5G is available where I live and even on their website the coverage map says there is. Well a customer service rep told me it is only LTE. And that doesn't barely go any faster than 5Mbps on their service. And of course it doesn't matter that I was mislead due to them being mislead by corporate. They should have a huge sign saying not a corporate store and we don't have to listen to what corporate says. I feel that I have been more than reasonable.

Worst company ever . Everyone I know have a problem. Today my sister is on the phone with a representative explaining that $128 was made at the store on tues and now today all phones are off. Before my fiancé switched he experienced the same problem paying his phone bill and phone service being terminated. Of course after you go above and beyond you might be able to get your money back but they may tell you that you paid to keep your phone number and not the service ??♀️ very stressful I do not recommend.
