I will no longer shop at Goodwill or take them my donations. Last few times I brought donations to them the workers were extremely rude and the fact that you can no longer try clothes on before buying them is ridiculous. I don't have the time to take things home to try them on just to have to make the trip back to return what doesn't fit, which is usually most of the items. Teen Challenge or the Salvation Army will get all of my business now. Both of those places have very nice employees and are appreciative of everything i donate to them!

Needed to use restroom which you can't take items in so took to register for them to hold the 2 items. Shelby said I can't do that. That's when I said I need to use restroom and can't take them in. Then rolled eyes and said I can't as she continued to talk to friends that where visiting with her(not workers). So didn't get my business and won't any longer. Teen Challenge will get all my donations from now on as well

Almost every thing I saw was torn or smelled very bad the shelves had almost nothing on them and the mangers there are very lazy and do not care about others or their jobs they will not address any complaint you bring to their attention, all they want to do is run to the back and hide and do very little to nothing all day long.

Great values if you look hard enough. Sister just found a cast iron enamel skillet with panini press for $35.
