We bought a high end Whirlpool dishwasher that was defective. They refuse to take it back or exchange it because more than 48 HOURS has lapsed since purchase. It wasn't even delivered in that time frame! This cost me hundreds of dollars and was purchased a week ago!!!! When contacted about this, the people were rude and uncaring that they sold us a defective machine. I even called a repair man who said it was an electrical issue with the machine. That cost me another hundred dollars.
Folks - don't waste your money at Lowes - you are worth more and deserve better treatment.

Senior staff at this Lowe's act like you are the biggest inconvenience in the world because you ask them to help you with something. The other staff I talked to did a great job but once the manager was called in to help it was all downhill. This is why I don't go to Lowes often.

The craftsman garden tiller I brought on sale doesn't no work right I was told when I brought it if it didn't work I could return it.When I tried to return it was told it was sold as is. When I asked to speak to the store manager he said he would send it out for repair at no cost to me. When I when to pick it up after it was return from the repair shop the store manager said the repair was not covered and I would have to pay $125.00.when I got mad he waved the fees.It still does not work right. In other words LOWES SOLD ME A PIECE OF JUNK.

Service is slacking
I went there for a propane exchange. I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come out and exchange bottles.
