He goes above and beyond for his customers. Highly recommended if I ever need parts he’s one of the first people I usually call. He has also exchanged a part because it didn’t work. My family and I have been going to him since I was a kid. That’s who all my family goes to.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Junior Sinn Auto Parts that I feel compelled to share to help others make informed decisions.I purchased a car part from this seller, which was unfortunately lost in transit. Despite UPS confirming the loss and reimbursing the seller, my attempts to resolve the issue with the seller were met with resistance and a lack of cooperation.The seller's customer service was disappointing. They were unresponsive to my communications and unwilling to work towards a resolution. This experience has left me with a sense of frustration and dissatisfaction.Given this experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this seller. Their lack of customer service and unwillingness to resolve issues is concerning. I personally will not be doing business with them in the future.Please consider this information before deciding whether to do business with this company.

I drove six and a half hours over 400 miles to pick up a fairly hard to find body part. Their price was outstanding. I'd drive down again, if they had the running boards I'm looking for!. Nice friendly people. Worked with me on loading and getting me back on the road home with the part.
