I needed a few groceries and thought since Ruler is just a near me I would just grab the items from there but shock on me ! Bought the items swiped my card being the first time I didn’t know you have to pay for the bag. I asked the make dark hair cashier about the bag and he said you need to pay for it , asked why didn’t he asked me before checking out if I needed one and he just looked at me weird and said I didn’t know you didn’t know!! Never going back!! That’s bad customer care!!

To the greasy, dark haired, male employee at Ruler Foods that filmed us leaving, we didnt take anything, check your cameras. At first, we were just gonna get just a few items but realized different and needed more. Tried to get a buggy but I forgot you need change for one there and my change was at home so we couldnt properly shop. Im a very indecisive shopper, so Im everywhere in the store trying to thinking about what i want to eat. Had 4 items and had put thos items back so we could go home to get change and a bag when I saw you filming my car leaving. Both times I have gone in there, always spent money but thats not happening anymore. The cameras can clearly show us conversating before putting ALL ITEMS BACK and walking out the exit that was crowded due to a large line forming at the registers. Instead of following people and filiming them like a weirdo, you could have opened a lane to help all the people inside.

So nice to have a grocer in this location. Nice place to save some money on certain items. Jovan is one of there employees and she is simply wonderful. I am in Ruler once a week.Just bring your own bags and a quarter for the cart.
