We bought a pair shoes ask if we could return them the young lady said yes as long as you didn't wear them .when we returned them we found out it had to be exchange or store credit not what we were told at the store when we bought them.

I ordered from this shop a week ago, and the package came so quick! The item that I ordered is exactly as pictured, and it’s the perfect size. The sweet seller sent me a special, hand written letter on the receipt and a little gift to go along with my purchase. I plan on ordering from this shop again soon! I recommend! ??️

This place has such terrible customer service. Rude managers and they seem to treat their employees really badly. A few weeks ago I walked in and a woman who I'm assuming was in charge was yelling at this poor employee. This is not the service or attitude I support. It was very unprofessional and hurt my heart. In my opinion, she needs some Jesus. Will never be going here again, such a shame. I really expected to enjoy shopping here.

Oki so my little sis decided to go there to buy some fidgets and this worker started to yell at her for some reason and just stared while me and my mom looked around. Trust me I didn’t want to go into this store. I felt very judged really. Was it cause Me, my mom and my lil sis was wearing alternative clothing? I don’t get it. We just stood there uncomfortably while this worker stared us down. Never coming back.
