“I just wanted to share my experience given so many people had bad ones. I had chosen the new Kichler chandelier I wanted on another website, but before purchasing, decided to shop around to see if there were better prices. I hit upon the Kichler Superstore and just happened to hit it during their July 4th sale. I ended up getting the chandelier for $150 less, and I received it exactly when expected.I even called at one point because I misread the shipping update and was concerned it hadn't shipped yet. A very pleasant woman answered the phone and assured me it was on the way and was scheduled to be delivered the next. I then saw my stupid mistake in reading the update.All in all, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.”
