No matter what department you are shopping in someone will come along and ask you do you need any help? Plus they have an assortment of all kinds of products for your needs! Awesome people! “I just wanted to share my experience given so many people had bad ones. I had chosen the new Kichler chandelier I wanted on another website, but before purchasing, decided to shop around to see if there were better prices. I hit upon the Kichler Superstore and just happened to hit it during their July 4th sale. I ended up getting the chandelier for $150 less, and I received it exactly when expected.I even called at one point because I misread the shipping update and was concerned it hadn't shipped yet. A very pleasant woman answered the phone and assured me it was on the way and was scheduled to be delivered the next. I then saw my stupid mistake in reading the update.All in all, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.”
