“I love this place. It’s really nice if you’re someone that is a little bit older or perhaps not in the world’s best shape. You don’t feel out of place or embarrassed at all. It’s not loud, the people were friendly and I’ve always found it to be exceptionally clean. Wide variety of machines for whatever you want to do as well as aerobic equipment for everyone from a beginner to more advanced. I belonged for years, moved away, and then returned and rejoined. Give it a try!”
“I love going here. True, they could upgrade some of the equipment, but it certainly has a LOT of equipment now. I know one of the upgrades they made was to the basketball court. I love the fact, being older, that it is located right next to St. Francis Hospital. If you need medical assistance, I am certain this is the best place to be. I love the two stories and view to the outside. Great place!”

“Love that it’s 24hrs and has a sauna ! I’m here for work and wanted to continue my gym routine and with 180 fitness I’m able to do just that . The owner is very friendly and accommodating especially when I had to update my payment information .”
