This place is super quick to get your scripts filled. They have a convenient app to keep track of med refills, and it will even remind you to take your meds on time. They also deliver! The shop is small, but it has a nice array of OTC meds and other things like compression socks and essential oil. It's very clean, always smells amazing, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Up until now, I have always used CVS or Walgreens pharmacies. CVS was out of stock on some of my medications so I had to find another pharmacy. The whole process at Broadway was amazing! The staff is so kind and their service was very fast. I won’t be going back to any other pharmacy again. It’s rare to find service like this nowadays.

Broadway prescription is THE BEST pharmacy in Cape Girardeau for anyone with any income level!!! To me, they are the best pharmacy in the world....The staff is so thoughtful and helpful. The delivery service and their app are both so useful especially for busy moms/college students or anyone with a limited schedule. They answer all of your questions in great detail and they really give you their time and consideration when they’re with you. They never EVER make you feel like just another customer! Not only are they attentive and have great service, but most importantly for me, they offer prescription savings plans to supplement insurance. I have really REALLY bad health insurance, and this makes such a huge difference for me! No pharmacy in Cape or beyond could ever beat the quality of service and personal care and consideration that Broadway Pharmacy offers the community.

We love coming to broadway pharmacy! The staff loves on my kids which makes me feel loved too! Everyone is so very helpful when I have questions especially when I was pregnant and needed to use a blood thinner that had to be injected and later had to deal with gestational diabetes. They helped me understand how to use everything and fixed me up with all the supplies. More recently my 9 month old is battling ear infections and they have flavored his antibiotics to help make it go down easier....now my son is not scared of medicine but since we started flavoring his antibiotics he PREFERS the antibiotics to the children's ibuprofen! He used to love that stuff but now he just wants his mango antibiotic lol. Basically we used to go to walgreens and I hated it. I would stand in line for eternity and then I was handed medication with no explanation, I left because they gave me vials of blood thinners but never told me I needed needles or anything. I had not clue how to take the medicine. We love the friendly family feel at broadway pharmacy ❤
