Ford Groves serviced the brakes on my truck in April of 2024. I noticed a loud squeal in July when applying the brakes, so I made an appointment to have them checked again in August. The service department informed me that I needed a new rotor, caliper, brake pads and brake hose. The cost would be $1800. After looking up the cost of the parts, I couldn't justify the price for the work. I took my vehicle to another shop. They found none of the defects that Ford Groves service department were claiming. They replaced the pads and the issue is fixed. I feel that either Ford Groves service department was dishonest, or inept. I will no longer buy, or have a vehicle serviced there.

Staff and service people are friendly and helpful. Their GM, Heath Lucas, is top-notch and made sure we were taken care of. Competitive pricing, great selection, and friendly service means it's top of my list.

After leaving my car at Ford Groves from April 28 to May 24, 2024 and them telling me the warranty service wouldn't cover my repairs, and then telling me to come get my car because they didn't want to work with the inspector from Fidelity Warranty Services, and actually canceled the inspector without telling me, they give me until 5pm on May 24 to get my car or they'd charge me $35 per day for storage. All while I was in a rental and they refused to help with the cost of the rental. The rental was kept so long because the service dept at Ford Groves didnt follow procedures properly. I had to have my vehicle serviced elsewhere and they found that my tires were "cupping" due to weak struts/shocks on the front end and will all need to be replaced, including needing 4 new tires. My vehicle was also out of alignment. I also had to have new brakes and rotors. All of these items I had asked to be checked out while my car was at Ford Groves. Instead of Anthony calling my warranty service from the get go so they could cover the cost, I am now out $2600.00 plus $1000.00 for the rental.
Per the report/receipt given to me when i was told to pick up my vehicle on 5/24/24, Jessie K. drove my car and didn't hear any road noise or feel any vibrations I had expressed concerns about.
I also had Anthony tell me he and 3 other technicians drove my car, and they didn't feel the vibrations or hear any noise I described.
In fact, I was told by Anthony that my "tires were wearing good, brakes were good, cv joints, suspension, etc., were all good. That there were no front-end issues with my car. All was good."
It is stated on my receipt from Ford Groves, I told the service department about the front end, steering wheel, front seats all shaking when accelerating.
The day after I picked up my vehicle (5/25/24), I found that Jessie had left her temporary license in my car. When I returned the license to the dealership, I was told that Jessie "just changed oil" on vehicles. If that's the case, why did she test drive my car? Do you always have folks that are under age 21 drive customers' vehicles? Or have "technicians" with temporary licenses drive customers' vehicles?
I can't tell you how disappointed and angry I am with the service department at Ford Groves. The service department there failed me as a customer and put my life and my families' lives in danger. I told Anthony and you how I didn't feel safe driving my car, to find out now, there are suspension issues that are so bad, my tires are cupping, and are not safe to drive on, and need new brakes, rotors. EVERYTHING I asked Ford Groves to check out!!!
The service department failed big time! And you and the GM refused to cover the cost of my rental car, which cost me a little over $1000.00 and refused to pay a portion as I offered to pay 1 week.
I hope and pray other customers aren't treated as I was or worse, a fatal accident occur due to negligence on the service department.
I've tried on multiple occasions to reach the GM there, but he refuses to call me back. He always seems to be "out of the office" when I call or stop by. This is a piss poor way to do service.
So instead of calling Fidelity warranty services from the get go and having them cover the costs and me paying only my deductible, I have paid $3650.00 to have my car repaired elsewhere. FOMOCO won't do anything to help in the customer service dept. We shall see if the BBB will. And if they can't, I'm sure KFVS12 might like to run this story and maybe a lawyer too!! I was told Anthony was fairly new and they would go over with him how to handle warranty policies they didnt sell. The one good thing that did happen was that i wasnt expected to pay the bill at Ford Groves of 1400.00. The service dept. manager did take car

I’ve had the best experience with service here! Lincoln has made it more difficult to get a loaner vehicle but the concierge service makes it convenient!

I went in with my 2022 Lincoln Navigator display screen/cameras not working right. I was informed when I arrived that they are no longer a Lincoln dealer. They couldn’t provide me with a loaner for the 6 hours it took because “Lincoln wouldn’t reimburse them.” Then when completed I was told by the not very friendly service guy that I shouldn’t use my Bluetooth on phone for 2 weeks while it “finishes” updating. If what they did they may need to “do some more digging.” I turned off Bluetooth before getting in my car and within less than 5 miles it froze up again, no backup camera. Also, my receipt said “customer felt no need for Lincoln wash.” I would have been but I was not asked! So that was untrue. Will never go here again and will never buy a car here.

Update: Apparently, they messed up my recall. They called me to say that I was out on mileage, even though I tried to bring the truck in several months ago for two recalls when it was within the mileage limit. They completed one recall but refused the second one (a steering system recall, which is kind of important). After the steering recall was performed, I was called and told it wasn't covered due to exceeding the mileage, and we would have to pay for the repairs. I was offered the repair at warranty rates, which was still $160.Since it's a company vehicle, I had to defer to my fleet maintenance foreman for authorization for the payment. He took over the issue from this point because we shouldn't have to pay for a repair that was initially refused without due cause, and then, when we proved it was otherwise, we had to pay for the recall, which, by the way, wasn't caught at any point when being performed, making it the service provider's error, not the customer's.The person who called me was very nice and apologetic and I know this kind of thing happens but don't expect a customer to pay for your mistakes.

My husband and I bought a truck from this dealer 6 months ago. We bought the power train warranty that covered us up to 100,000 miles or two years; which ever comes first. Now we are having issues with a part that is under the power train category. We called ford groves to make sure that it was covered under our power train warranty, as it should be. The service manager and financial manager basically told us that they reserve the right to deny payment for parts/service EVEN THOUGH THIS PART IS PART OF THE POWER TRAIN! Why the hell would I buy a warranty if you’re not going to honor it. When my husband tried to speak to the financial guy who sold us the warranty he hung up on him!! I’ll never recommend this dealer to anyone in the future.

BEWARE!!!! Do NOT buy a vehicle from this dealer. I know someone who recently bought a car 6 months ago and had a significant part that needed replaced, though they purchased the warranty the dealer will NOT HONOR the warranty at all. They scam their customers to pocket the extra money. They are unprofessional and inexperienced in customer service. Avoid at all costs!!
