After I hit a deer, Progressive sent me to Ford Groves Collision Center. They did an excellent job on the repairs, taking less than 1 week, with 2 added bonuses: Not only did they detail the car interior, including windows, they delivered my car to my house! A great experience all around.

I’ve had my truck fixed there twice now. They are amazing. Work me in quickly, get my truck in and out at a reasonable speed, their communication is great and their work is always perfect!! I will not be back In again. These people are pricing their selves right out of a job. They feel they can charge whatever they want. They charged me over $170.00 for an oil change and tire rotation on a diesel pickup. I was hear 1 year ago same service was $140. Outrageous. I am done with Ford Groves.

This is my second car I’ve bought from Ford Groves in Cape. Everyone there is friendly and does a great job. Especially salesman Matthew Skaggs. He stays on top of everything, keeps you updated on the process, and gets answer for you in a timely manner.

I was just kinda looking at car they had, no rush, no hurry. I inquired about it and got a quick reply. Little did I know I was asking to be non-stop harassed for an afternoon. After telling the lady that I work every day, I'm tired, I'm in no hurry and I'd get back with her tomorrow, she proceeded to call and text me all afternoon. She wanted paystubs, I told her I'd have to get those tomorrow at work, she wanted me to give her my work passwords to get them! I told her I'm not giving a complete stranger my passwords for work. Honestly, after she woke me the third time calling, I did not want the car at all anymore.
