Fitness Plus is a comprehensive, two-story gym located right next to St. Francis Hospital. It offers a lot of equipment, including a basketball court, lap pool, hot tub, sauna, and a CrossFit-style room. The facility is very clean, with clean equipment, change rooms, and full showers. The staff is very nice, friendly, funny, knowledgeable, wonderful, and professional. The gym is suitable for various fitness levels and therapies, including Aqua Therapy and physical therapy. While some note that updates need to be made to some equipment and that a more thorough weekly cleaning would be beneficial, it is overall considered a great and amazing place that comes highly recommended.

I went for a physical for a job, and the staff was very nice. The therapist that did my physical was funny, nice, and very knowledgeable.. I would highly recommend this place
