My husband and I just returned from our 4th Sandals Caribbean vacation and all were booked with Jaime Stroder. Jaime is so attentive to detail and really listens to what we are looking for, cost etc. Each time we’ve booked with her, she has given us several choices to choose from and all choices include what we have told her we’re interested in. She gives suggestions when asked, but has never been pushy or demanding and that is so much appreciated. Elite Travel is the best and Jaime is amazing. We highly recommend them and in fact, will be contacting Jaime soon to help us book the biggest vacation we’ve ever had! A+++++

I booked our trip to Mexico thru Jaime Stroder. I told her what our budget was and she gave me 4 resorts to choose from within a day of contacting her. This was only our second time ever traveling out of the country but I never felt lost or worried about anything because I had been so well informed of every step by Jaime and the staff at Elite Travel. There was even a gentleman at the airport in Cancun trying to tell us what line we needed to get in for customs, but I knew we needed to go print our checked bag tickets first. (There were even directions with pictures in our itenerary packet ?) I will always return to them to help make my vacations worry free and amazing!!!

I recently went to Mexico for a honeymoon. We worked with Jamie D, she was great! She answered all of my questions, concerns, etc. And if she was not available, the Elite team was happy to help. Thank you!

We recently used Elite Travel for a seven day Alaskan cruise. Katherine at Elite was a joy to work with. Being first time cruisers, we needed a lot of guidance. She did a great job for us. From the first ride to the airport to the last shuttle back to our motel went off without a hitch. Lots of memories were made, and Katherine had a lot to do with it! Way to go, Elite Travel.

I walked into Elite Travel Agency (Cape Girardeau, MO) late one Friday afternoon … I had pick them off the internet, and within about two minutes, I was sitting down, talking with Jaime Stroder. As I was explaining where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do, she discretely took notes. Within 15 minutes, we were discussing details – she already had established a plan, including dates, lodging and transportation.I found it so easy working with Jaime; she took care of every detail and was very patient, re-answering my detailed questions. We knew where we wanted to go, but the 4-week trip thru five European countries was complicated. Thanks to her, everything came off without a hitch.She did a great job and was always friendly, polite, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Jaime and the Elite Travel team for any - or all of your travel needs. Absolutely First Class!

Pease do not use this place. I guarantee you that you are 100% capable and better off booking and planning your own vacations/cruises.**Edit to add response**I think your lengthy response to all one star reviews should be enough of a red flag for any potential clients. You can't handle any criticism or complaints properly. Thanks for checking out my profile. Out of 35 reviews only 6 have one star, and even after 6 years, I still think yours is the most deserving. But hey, I guess we each have our own truth on what really happened. I wish you luck and success with your future clients!

It truly is about communication and forming a relationship with a travel agent that cares that makes all the difference. No question was too small and we felt confident throughout our trip! Booked an Alaskan Land/Cruise trip with them for August 2022.Recieved incorrect information from them before and during the trip. The incorrect information recieved before the trip was reguarding pre-trip Covid Testing.Had we not done our own research (acting as our own Travel Agent), we potentially would not have been allowed tostart our holiday. The explanation from the Travel Agent reguarding the incorrect information given was "Well, I really don't do cruises".The misinformation given during the trip, reguarding internet access on the ship, would have cost us a considerable amount of money if I would not have again done research and acted as my own Travel Agent.Also, the initial flight had a delay of 12 hours. This was of course not the Agency's fault, but at around the 6 hour mark I thinkit would be a reasonable thing to give us information on options if the flight was eventually cancelled since our trip had travel deadlines involved.Instead we were left wondering. I heard other passengers on the phones with their travel agents getting such advice.I had heard a lot of great things about Elite Travel, but given my personal experience with them I cannot recommend them.Note: These above concerns were addressed with Elite Travel prior to this review.The response didn't seem to demostrate any contrition on the concerns above.

Katherine made it quick and easy I went in one afternoon and she found me options that I could not find myself.. I picked which one I wanted and payed over the phone the next day she made it so simple. We stayed at the Blu#502 in Okaloosa Island we have stayed at 5star resorts in Playa Del Carmen and Several in Cancun and Miami and this place blows them all out of water very very Nice condo. I highly recommend Katherine call her to plan your next trip I promise she makes it simple. THANKS Katherine at Elite Travel
