Had a great deep tissue massage. Will definitely return next time I am in the area. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. A one stop shop, hair, nails, massage.

First time in a spa (minus mani/pedis). Absolutely amazing. Calming and relaxation!! My massage, she focused in the right spots!! Sara made me very comfortable during my waxing ?! Absolutely loved it! Had great convo and wine with my Pedi!!! Definitely coming back for more!! <3

Don’t go here. Management doesn’t even acknowledge bad reviews, just the good ones. They clearly don’t care. So, the massage was decent. But I paid for a 90 minute massage and I only got a 60 minute one. Lyn came and got me late and finished early. She seemed irritated the whole time. Maybe she was trying to include dress time, but it only takes me a couple minutes and I really just don’t think it’s fair to pay for something and not get what you paid for and then you’re expected to tip.. which I stupidly did, because I’m nice. But 100% not worth it. She wanted to sell me some oil to use. $20 just for her to massage me with it! This place is a scam, honestly.

I had an awful experience here today, nothing like any other time I've been. I booked the Gold package with the expectation of an hour long duo massage, chocolate scrub and suite rental, that cost $325. While my boyfriends massage/scrub was wonderful for him mine was not. It was the absolute worse massage of my life that was only 45 minutes long, the room/wine glasses were so dirty that we did not stay for the hour long suite rental. I've had a better massage from the chairs in my gym. When I expressed my concerns to the front desk all I received was, im sorry have a good day. While the receptionist was extremely friendly I feel my concerns could have been addressed much differently. I was not complaining to recieve any kind of discount and I'm not the type to say anything negative unless warranted and the way my concerns were disregarded was unprofessional and reflected badly on the buisness as a whole. I drove 1.5 hours for a spa that I've always had nothing but wonderful things to say about in the past. Disappointed is an understatement.

Me and my boyfriend went together to do a couples massage, the girl that was training was very unprofessional the entire time and made me and my boyfriend very uncomfortable. Also sadly the massage wasn't as good as what we paid for it which was disappointing

Booked a 60 minutes massage with Tracy and only got 50 minutes. They wanted to charge me for 60. I refused to pay for 60 minutes and did not leave a tip. How many other customers have been charged for 60 and only gotten 50 minutes?

I bought my wife a 400.00 gift for Christmas . She had been to this spa 2 years ago with a group of 7 female family members to celebrate her moms 75 th birthday and they had a wonderful time. But this time she was very disappointed, My wife was treated poorly, her sister was spoken to and treated poorly. The place was dirty, There were layers of dirt and dust on window sills. Paint pealing, Rings in the toilet in the private room they paid for. It was a confusing mess and not one employee seemed to know what was going on. They asked about the opportunity to add services that day, were told that staff would check and they never came back They are suppose to have robes and slippers for the private room. They did not have a size to fit her, she is a 3xl. Hardly out of the ordinary now days. A staff member said she would check to see if there was a larger sized downstairs, but she never came back . When her sister went to check, she was treated rudely and was told there was nothing that could be done because that is all they have. So for 2 hours, different staff kept coming to her and asking did you try the gray one on. And each time she was shamed about her weight because she had to tell them once again that the robe was too small for her. Her sister and niece wound up crying, She didnt get her massage or pedicure because she was so upset and embarrassed at that point she just wanted to leave. Then 2 hours into the humiliation a staff member told her she would go buy a robe for her that would fit and she could have the massage and pedicure. She said no and asked if her daughter and niece could have her time instead, one staff member said yes, but then another one said its too late you already missed those slots. This is a new group of people and a a new owner. They did not clean their tools between people, and charged my wife for the things she did not do because of their no cancellation policy. But they made it impossible for her to feel comfortable there. I got this for her as a gift so that she could relax and have a wonderful time off from her work as a nurse. She helps people every day and these people treated her terribly. They should be ashamed

If I could give them a 0-star review that’s what I would do but this place is horrible and the esthetician I saw today wasn’t any better. She said my face was “bad” umm I thought that’s why we go to places like this? Horrible service and a terrible place to go for relaxation. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
