I HAD A TIRE LOSING ABOUT 3 LB. AIR A DAY ! PULLED UP TO BUILDING, TOLD YOUNG MAN BEHIND COUNTER OUR PROBLEM ! HE SHOWED US WAITING ROOM. WE WERE DONE AND GONE IN ABOUT 30 MIN.

They were relatively fast in diagnosing and fixing my daughter’s car. I gave them 3 stars because the representative that called me after they diagnosed the problem lied about the cost of the repair. Apparently there is a $45 shop fee they add to repair tickets that he didn’t mention on the phone. I think they do good work but lying to people about their fees is bad business and could potentially cost them repeat business.

Went in at abt 7:30 for an alignment, waited til abt 11:15ish before I noticed my truck was off the rack & in the parking lot. Turns out the alignment fella went to lunch early & didn't tell anyone, & he hadn't come back yet, so I wound up paying A HUNDRED BUCKS for a fully synthetic oil change that was quoted at $79.00, & never got to get the alignment I needed as I needed to get some other things done. AVOID THEM IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!

The tires I needed werebnot in stock however they got them the next day. Installation wa quick in and out in 30 minutes.
