They provide great service! They provide a convenient, free diagnostic time each day. Sarah communicated with me every step of the way. They were able to order parts for my manual VW and get her back on the road quickly. I would highly recommend this shop!

A very pleasant experience… attentive to detail, proficient and skillful work, with genuine concern for actually serving - not overselling - the customer. The free diagnostic service is a premium these days - I appreciate a business that invests their time in getting it right. I called at 9am, brought the truck in by 9:30, and I was out the door by 10:15. If you’re within a hundred miles of Cape Girardeau and need transmission service - this is the place.
